I am Ira and I love baking. More importantly, I want to make the moment when you decide to treat yourself to one of our macarons, to be one of bursting happiness. 

Macarons are fickle and high maintenance bits of confectionery. The smallest changes in ingredients, oven temperature, mixing time and even the weather will impact the final outcome. The perfect macaron, tastes as good as it feels in your mouth and I see it as my personal challenge to make macarons that  turn out consistently full, delicate and delicious every time. My hope is that  you will fall in love with them as much as I have.
