The first time we ever dug our teeth past the satisfyingly light, crispy shell of a macaron, into its silky, rich flavoured center, we were hooked. Our mission since has been to bring these little bites of happiness to as many people as possible and help make their day a little better with a delicious treat.

Macarons are bitesize, usually sweet, light and delicate french confectionery composed of two shells made with almond flower, and a rich, smooth filling made from chocolate ganache or buttercream mixed with endless flavors.
These heavenly treats have become famous beyond their French origin, and once you’ve tried them, it’s easy to see why.

All our macarons are handmade, carefully piped, filled and baked with love and attention to detail.
We want to fill your mouth with uhhhhs and ahhhhs so we meticulously bake every macaron delights you from start to finish.
We use natural flavours and ingredients. Caramel? yes! we make ours from scratch. Lemon curd? yup we squeeze the lemons ourselves and simmer the juice with butter and sugar to perfection. Raspberry, blueberry, strawberry? Definitely! we use real fruit and mix it with buttery smooth white callebaut chocolate to create a tangy and subtly sweet center. Coffee? absolutely! our coffee macarons are made using real espresso shots.
